zHeight designs and permits residential projects across 52+ Bay Area jurisdictions: detached and attached ADUs, garage conversions, JADUs, home additions, remodels and new construction. Two flat-fee packages are available: a permit-ready 749 sq ft detached ADU permit set for $7,999 and a 420 sq ft JADU garage conversion for $4,888. Title 24 energy compliance is prepared in-house and included in every permit set.
What Happens After I Submit?
- We review your request and you can expect to hear from us within 1–2 business days.
- Feasibility & site review: we evaluate your lot, zoning and setbacks to find the best strategy for your property.
- Design development: we create floor plans that maximize light, privacy and livable space within code requirements.
- Permitting & documentation: we prepare and submit building plans, structural and Title 24, and coordinate with city reviewers.
- After your permit is issued, we answer your contractor's plan questions and handle any permit revisions.
