Every project follows the same four steps: feasibility and site review of your lot, zoning and setbacks; design development; permitting and documentation, where we prepare building plans, structural and Title 24 and coordinate with city reviewers; and support after your permit is issued, answering your contractor's plan questions and handling permit revisions.
